A Mini Blog Post | The Hebert Family

Are Mini Sessions really long enough to get great pictures?

I think you'll find that the proof is in the pudding of this blog post.

Mary was the winner of a Mini Session Giveaway that I hosted earlier this year and we finally got together to take their family photos! I really adore the way that this little session came out! The love that this little family shares just spills out from each of the images and that makes me a happy little photographer.

This post contains just ten of my favorite images from their session (ten is the minimum that I give with each Mini Session) but their gallery consists of a bit more. So here it is, the result of a beautiful family getting in front of my camera for twenty minutes.

A Cousins and Siblings Session | 2016

This session contained all the things that you would expect a session of six young children to contain.

And it was amazing.

There was hand holding, joke telling, snacks and smiles- boy, were there smiles. Sessions like these quickly become my favorites. There so much honest and motion. So many memories.

I don't see poses, I see personalities. I see best friends for life.

McMinn Family | 2016

One of absolute favorite things about being a photographer is getting to hang out for an hour or two with the sweetest families that Acadiana has to offer. I especially love it when these families choose, year after year, to come back and see me to get their family's pictures taken. I love getting to catch up with them and see their babies grow and develop into sweet, smart little kiddos.

So, without further ado, here are some of my favorites from this year's session with the McMinn family! Thank you for trusting me with these important memories for three years in a row!
